Construct Natural Gas Interconnect and Metering Station
To help a new data center campus support extraordinarily high energy demand, an interconnect point-of-delivery meter station was needed to deliver 34 million standard cubic feet of natural gas per day to power the campus’s gas turbines.
The greenfield site had just two existing 26” main gas lines when Allegheny Contracting arrived to complete the project. Our crews performed site excavation and pipe fabrication before the install and then bolted up the pipe and hot tapped the system before forming and pouring the concrete foundation.
